On March 23, 2023 Pluto went into Aquarius although not permanently  since it will go retrograde twice. First on June 11 through Jan. 20, 2024  back into Capricorn, then again on Sept. 1, 2024 to Nov. 19, 2024. Finally, it will go forward into Aquarius Nov. 19, 2024 and stay there to March 9, 2043.
All this back and forth is not uncommon for planets. In this case, since the changes Pluto in Aquarius is likely to bring, I think we are getting opportunities to prepare ourselves.
Personally, I am SO tired of Pluto in Capricorn.
That being said, change is not necessarily good. It can be difficult, even painful.
It remains to be seen.
Many have written about the historical significance of this changIe of signs and the Aquarian periods.
I believe we are at a huge turning point. Gregg Braden talks a lot about this and one thing he said that really hit home for me: paraphrasing..."Use it or lose it". Nature does not create or allow redundancy. If we don't need parts of our body or brain, they will atrophy and disappear.
Mark Jones said yesterday on a Pluto in Aquarius Summit offered through  Astrology University:
https://www.astrologyuniversity.com/ that children are no longer learning to grip because they don't use writing instruments anymore.
As an artist and crafter, I see this as a serious issue, since being able to hold on to something with my fingers is crucial.
For a year I worked alongside young people at a local junior college and I saw how enamored they are with technology. Actually it alarmed me. One day one young man asked me how was it I was able to answer all the questions that we were asked. Had I worked at the college a long time? My reply: "Because I pay attention to what's going on around me. I ask questions, I listen to what people are saying." "Oh"

It's not that difficult. Humans have been doing it for thousands of years. But in one generation, we seem to be losing it all. I know Covid-19 and the lock-downs had a lot to do with what appears to be the arrested development of our youth. But I think it's more than that. They are not curious. So much information is fed to them via all the tech they are exposed to, they don't develop curiosity. I think they believe that anything important will be delivered to them. THAT is the danger.
Those in charge of the tech will be choosing what is 'important' to know. This one of the major elements of P in A that we have to be aware of. What are we being fed?
